I would like to recommend "Arachnophilia".
It is a free text editor, geared to html authoring, but VERY good for any type of text authoring/programming. Easy to use, very powerful. For SCALA users, it is a great tool for script editing.

Situation: you selected an area in a picture, then deselected it to do something else.
Question: How do you recover the selection?
Tip: Use CTRL+SHIFT+D (or CMD on a Mac)
